Le Dauphin, once a Michelin star for 30 years, was a gastronomic jewel in the heart of the Pays d'Auge, between Lisieux and Pont l'Évêque. A place where fine Norman cuisine was elevated to an art. Prestigious personalities, including the Queen of England, had trodden its thresholds to savor exquisite dishes and discover the authenticity of local cuisine. We are passionate about gastronomy, imbued with Norman charm, just like the Dauphin. We then decided to take over this place and think about an ambitious project aimed at preserving the gastronomic heritage while breathing new life into it.
